Qurate Screenshots and
Charts
Main UI Screenshot
This image shows the Qurate user interface, with separate windows for
choosing proteins of interest and picking individual quantitative
events to visualize. The theoretical isotopic distribution of the
peptide (assuming the quantitative ratio is correct) is shown in the
lower left. Click for full-size version.

Quantitative
Event Visualizations
3D
The 3D chart gives an isometric perspective of the area around the
quantitative event. In this event, a coeluting peptide is visible
at a lower mass, but at a sufficient distance that its contribution to
the quantitative ratio is likely minimal.
Intensity
Sum
This chart sums all peak intensities over the
entire region of the selected quantitative event, with light and heavy
peak locations marked. This view presents data analogous to the
data available to the quantitative algorithm when it determines
relative peak intensities. Notice the artificially abundant
fourth and fifth peaks of the heavy-labeled species due to a coeluting
peptide.

Per-scan
Chart
This chart provides a scan-by-scan view of the raw spectra, with light
and heavy peak locations marked.

Heat
Map
This chart shows a bird's-eye view of the region of spectra containing
the quantitative event. Higher intensities are darker blue. Light
and heavy monoisotopic peak locations are marked with red tick marks,
as is the location of the MS/MS identification.
