  • If I am creating multiple AMT databases and combining them together, do I need to align runs within each individual database before combining?
    • No. If you are creating multiple "stepping-stone" AMT databases, and you will only be doing AMT matching on the combined database, you don't need to align the runs in the smaller databases before combining them.
